We know that this is a common service offered by many large online retailers. Unfortunately, we are not a large online retailer (yet). Here's how it works - we split it with you! You pay the cost to return it to us and we pay to ship you your new size. To help avoid this, please take a thorough look at our Size Guide before selecting your size.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to either provide you with store credit or a full refund. In order to process a return,all products need to be in the same conditionthat you received them in - unworn and unwashed.
Returns need to be initiated within 30 days of the day you received the order.
